Remedies for a stuffy nose from a cold or allergies

If you are experiencing a stuffy nose this Winter, try some of these remedies. 1. Blend 1 TBS horseradish, 1 Tsp olive oil, and 1 tsp lemon juice and spread on cracker. Nibble until you feel your stuffy nose begin to drain. 2. Slice up a 3 inch of ginger root and add to a sauce pan of 2 cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Soak a washcloth in the brew and apply to your face for 15 minutes or so.( Make sure the cloth is not hot enough to burn your face.) Lie on the couch with your head elevated to help your sinuses drain. 3.Stir 5 drops of pure eucalyptus oil into 1 quart of boiling water. Lean over the bowl, covering your head with a towel and inhale steam for 10 minutes. And invest in a Neti pot to moisturize your sinuses, so you can blow the Junk Out!!
