Blueberry Coconut Overnight Oats

1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/2 cup rolled oats

Layer ingredients in a jab and refrigerate overnight.  A great breakfast option for energy and anti oxidants!
