Why use a Dry Far Infrared Sauna over a steam sauna?

Both saunas and steam rooms can help you relax and unwind, but the dry type of sauna is better than the conventional sauna because it helps the body excrete more toxic metals that are absorbed from our environment; e.g. mercury, lead, nickel, sodium, sulfuric acid, cholesterol, and fat soluble toxins.
